These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of summree, a YouTube channel monitoring and summarisation service operated by Amplify Brand Consultancy Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using summree, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
summree monitors YouTube channels you select and automatically generates text summaries of new videos when they are published. Summaries are delivered to you by email and are accessible in your dashboard.
The service is intended for personal, non-commercial use to help you stay informed about YouTube content without needing to watch every video.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will give reasonable notice where practicable.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to use summree. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.
You may only create one account per person. Accounts are non-transferable.
summree is a paid subscription service. We currently offer three plans:
All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
There is no free trial. Payment is required to access the service.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal in your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access to the service until that date.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods or unused time on your subscription.
When your subscription ends, your account and all associated data — including your channel list and all summaries — will be permanently deleted. This cannot be undone.

summree and its underlying technology, brand, and design are owned by Amplify Brand Consultancy Ltd. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
Summaries generated by summree are derived from third-party YouTube content. We do not claim ownership of the underlying videos or transcripts. Summaries are provided for your personal use only.
YouTube content is subject to YouTube's Terms of Service. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube or Google.
summree is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of summaries. AI-generated summaries may contain errors or omissions — they are intended as a convenience, not a substitute for watching the original content.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The pipeline depends on third-party APIs (YouTube, transcript extraction, AI) which may experience outages beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by English law, Amplify Brand Consultancy Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of summree, including loss of data, missed information, or reliance on inaccurate summaries.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of summree shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of summree after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
